Terms of Service
Payment
• Payment will be rendered before work will begin.
• Payments will be made via PayPal.
• A full refund will not be made after progress on the piece has started. A refund can only be granted if no work has started.
• If I decide to cancel the commission, I will issue a full refund.
• Prices are subject to change, depending on complexity and extra details added.
Edits / Updates
• An initial sketch will be done to determine pose/content of the commissioned piece.
• Updates will be given as progress is made. (Consistently asking for multiple updates will only serve to slow me down.)
• Minor edits or additions can be made along the way at no extra charge.
• If you wish to largely/fully alter a piece after I've started working on it, you will be charged additional fees for my time.
• I will hold onto the main files for up to 28 days, wherein you can decide if you want to go from flat > cel shaded > fully shaded.
Personal TOS
• I reserve the right to decline any commission, for whatever reason.
• I will work on my queue in whatever way is most convenient for me, or otherwise in the order that people have paid.
• I reserve all rights to any WIP and completed pieces to show in online galleries/portfolios, unless otherwise requested.
• You may not alter my art without my permission (this includes covering up or erasing any potential watermarks.)
• My art will not be used for commercial purposes; personal use only.
• If you are intending to post my art somewhere, please credit me by linking my DeviantArt page.
